Why is there no SD13 girl bodies for sale ANWHERE?!?! WHY?!

I am so close to just buying an sd10 body, and then ordering an FCS SD13 Kun and swapping the bodies. Or just making my School B an SD10 and keeping Kun girl as an SD13...
